I have helped existing homeowners to sell their homes for top dollar, maximizing their time/investment/simplicity needs. I have also assisted buyers in finding the perfect home to launch both comfort and investment goals.  My experience in marketing properties via all the traditional channels as well as through auction, or non-MLS marketing practices, has made me a unique asset in selling homes that require a specific buyer.  My negotiation skills are backed by over 20 years of real estate experience with the solitary goal of representing my clients’ needs at the forefront. I have refined a personal negotiating style that reflects a “never split the difference” approach, leading to more savings for my customers.

With a foundation in residential appraisal services in Florida, I have a valuable understanding of the mortgage lending process, along with what factors drive value. I view myself as a powerful advocate with tools and training that other area brokers simply cannot offer.

I was born in Orlando, lived a few short years as a child in Michigan, and eventually moved back to Orlando, where I met my wife of 24 years, Megan.  Now, I divide my time between my home in Maggie Valley, NC and our family home in Orlando. I have three active offspring, ages 22, 20 and 18 and I am very involved with their activities as well as being the Vice President of one neighborhood HOA and the President of another.  As an Owner/Broker in WNC and of Metropolis Real Estate Solutions, LLC in Orlando, I regularly sponsor local events and fundraisers and take every opportunity to engage in my local communities, and I am beyond proud to have been nominated for Best Realtor, in Orlando Weekly’s “Best Of” issue, 4 years in a row. Our home purchase in WNC a few years ago has been a dream manifested for all five of us, and we want to share this love of ours with everyone else who has the same desire to connect, commune and contribute to this vibrant culture.
